You will be participating in a contact activity, and you must therefore read and understand the rules of the activity. If you do not comply with the rules, you may not be admitted or may be ejectedfrom the activity, without the right to a refund of the amount for the activity.

  • The zookeepers will assign visitors according to animal welfare, weight and height criteria.
  • Seat belts must be worn throughout the experience.
  • You must follow the zookeepers' instructions at all times for your safety and the welfare of the animals.
  • Prohibited for children under 18 months.
  • Children cannot share the seat with their parents.
  • You must never jump from the seat, unless told by the camel attendant.
  • It is forbidden to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • For animal welfare reasons it is forbidden for persons weighing more than 120 kg.
  • Prohibited to pregnant women.
