IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

You will be participating in a contact activity, and you must therefore read and understand the rules of the activity. 

If you do not comply with the rules, you may not be admitted or may be ejected from the activity, without the right to a refund of the amount for the activity.

  • You cannot carry out the interaction if you are under 110 cm; if you cannot swim; if you suffer from any illness that may be passed on to the animals.
  • It is strictly prohibited to jump, shout, or make quick movements during the interaction.
  • It is obligatory to wash your feet using the footbaths at the entrance of the swimming pool and facilities; to carry out the interaction wearing swimwear or a neoprene wetsuit; to follow the trainer’s instructions; and to eliminate make-ups and sunscreen from your skin.
  • It is strictly prohibited to wear any kind of jewellery, piercing or bracelet.
  • It it not allowed to use a flash or selfie stick when taking photographs.
  • The maximun weight for experience is 120 kg.
  • You cannot carry out the interaction if you are under the effects of alcohol or drugs.
  • You can not touch the animals without the trainer’s permission. 
  • For safety, pregnant women are not permitted to take part in the experience.
  • You must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the indicated time.
  • Children under 12 years of age must carry out the activity accompanied by an adult.
