Capybara
Description
It is the largest rodent in the world. It has a solid body, short legs, thick claw-like toes joined by interdigital membranes, and no tail. Its eyes, ears, and nose are located on the top of its head so that most of its body remains submerged when it is in the water. It is reddish brown, yellowish brown, or grayish brown in color. Its fur is coarse and waterproof.

Es el roedor más grande del mundo. Tiene el cuerpo macizo, patas cortas, con unos dedos gruesos parecidos a pezuñas y unidos por membranas interdigitales. Carecen de cola. Los ojos, orejas y nariz se encuentran en la parte superior de la cabeza ya que pasan mucho tiempo dentro del agua. Son de color pardo rojizo, amarillento o grisáceo. Su pelaje es áspero e impermeable.

Diese kleinen Affen haben ein dichtes, schwarzes Fell, das im Gesicht heller ist. Sie besitzen an allen Fingern ausser am Daumen lange Nägel, sowie einen langen Schwanz. Sie können lange, waagerechte Sprünge von bis zu 4 Metern ausführen, ohne dabei an Höhe zu verlieren.

Beschreibung
Grosser Wasservogel mit mehrheitlich weissem Gefieder, wobei Rücken und Schwanz schwarz sind. Die Augen haben einen gelben Ring. Bis 50 cm langer, an der Spitze hakenförmiger Schnabel, unter dem sich bis zum Hals ein dehnbarer Kehlsack erstreckt. Kurze, robuste Beine von blaugrauer Färbung.

Large aquatic bird, essentially white coloration with black back and tail and yellow eye ring. They have a long beak of up to 50 cm, provided with a wide dilatable pouch that continues over the throat. At the end of the beak there is a horny nail, which is strong and curved. They have short, stout, bluish-gray legs.

Ave acuática de gran tamaño, coloración esencialmente blanca con dorso y cola negra y anillo ocular amarillo. Poseen un pico largo de hasta 50 cm, provisto de una amplia bolsa dilatable que continúa sobre la garganta. En el extremo del pico posee una uña córnea, la cual es fuerte y curva. Tienen unas patas cortas y robustas de color gris azulado.

They have a thick black coat, with lighter coloration around the face. This primate features claw-like nails on all toes except the thumb and a long tail. All this allows them to jump up to 4 meters horizontally without losing height.

Presentan un pelaje negro y espeso, con una coloración más clara alrededor de la cara. Tienen uñas en forma de garra en todos los dedos, excepto en el pulgar y una larga cola. Todo ello el permite saltar hasta 4 metros en horizontal sin perder altura.
