BESCHREIBUNG

Bis auf einen weißen Streifen, der am Kopf beginnt, sich am Rücken zweiteilt und sich am Schwanz wieder verbindet, ist das Fell schwarz. Der Kopf und die Ohren sind klein. Die Pfoten sind kurz und haben Schwimmhäute sowie Krallen, mit denen er gräbt und nach Futter sucht.

VERHALTEN

Es handelt sich um ein nachtaktives Säugetier und er ist ein Einzelgänger. Die Trächtigkeit beträgt etwa zwei Monate. Mit jedem Wurf kommen 2 bis 10 Junge auf die Welt. Sie sind bei Geburt blind und taub und verlassen ihren Bau erst nach anderthalb Monaten.

Elle a un pelage noir orné d’une bande blanche qui part de la tête, se scinde en deux sur le dos avant de se rejoindre au niveau de la queue. Sa tête et ses oreilles sont petites alors que ses pattes sont courtes et se terminent par des doigts palmés pourvus de griffes qu’elle utilise pour creuser et chercher de la nourriture

It has black fur, except for a white stripe that begins at the head, branching over the back and meeting again at the tail. Its head and ears are small, and its feet are short with webbed fingers and claws that it uses to dig and search for food.

ETHOLOGY

It is a nocturnal and solitary mammal. Gestation lasts approximately two months. In each litter, 2 to 10 pups are born blind and deaf, and will not leave the den until they are one and a half months old.

Presentan un pelaje negro exceptuando una banda blanca que empieza en la cabeza,  se difurca sobre el dorso y vuelve a  unirse en la cola.  Su cabeza  y orejas son pequeñas. Y sus patas son cortas con dedos palmeados y garras  que utiliza para excavar y buscar comida.

ETOLOGÍA

Es un mamífero nocturno y solitario. La gestación dura aproximadamente dos  meses. En cada camada nacen entre 2 a 10 crías, nacen ciegos y sordos y no saldrán de la madriguera hasta que tengan un mes y medio de edad.

Koza pigmejska charakteryzuje się mocnej budowy ciałem, a jej sierść może mieć bardzo zróżnicowany kolor. Charakteryzują się one silnymi kopytami, które pozwalają im na zwinne ruchy i długimi rogami u samców, które są nieco krótsze u samic. Tylko samce posiadają brody i wydzielają silny zapach w porze godowej.

La capra nana ha un corpo robusto e un pelo che può variare di colore. È dotata di zoccoli resistenti, che le garantiscono una certa agilità, e di lunghe corna, che sono un po' più corte nelle femmine. Solo i maschi hanno la barba e emanano un odore forte nel periodo d’accoppiamento.

Die Zwergziege hat einen robusten Körper. Die Färbung ihres Fells kann sehr unterschiedlich sein. Sie kennzeichnet sich durch kräftige Hufe aus, die ihr gewandte Bewegungen ermöglichen. Die Männchen haben lange Hörner, während die der Weibchen etwas kürzer sind. Nur die Männchen haben einen Bart und geben während der Brunstzeit einen starken Geruch ab.

La chèvre naine a un corps robuste et son pelage peut être de couleurs très variées. Elle se caractérise par des sabots puissants qui lui permettent une grande agilité de mouvement et par des longues cornes qui sont plus petites chez la femelle que chez le mâle. Seul ce dernier possède une barbe et dégage une odeur puissante lors de la période de rut.

The pygmy goat has a sturdy body and its fur may have a very varied colouring. It is characterised by having very strong hooves which allow it to move with agility, and horns which are long in males and shorter in females. Only the males have beards and give of a strong odour during the breeding season.

La cabra enana tiene el cuerpo robusto y su pelaje puede ser de una coloración muy variada. Se caracterizan por tener unas fuertes pezuñas que les permiten ágiles movimientos y largos cuernos en el macho que son algo más cortos en la hembra. Sólo los machos tienen barba y desprenden un fuerte olor en la época de celo.
